One customer used Xhorse Multi-Prog to read VPA data, and appeared “error code: 0404001f hardware initialization fails. Power off and restart the device”.
The solution:
1.Shut down and restart the device and software, and try to change the network.
2.Check if Multi Prog can be upgraded: press and hold the RST button, then power on for 30 seconds (check if the screen lights up), and see if you can enter firmware upgrade mode.
