One customer reported that his Xhorse Multi-Prog was stuck in the upgrade process.

Press and hold the RST button for 5 seconds before connecting the power adapter to power on, and then release to update the firmware again
NOTE:
Do not release RST button before starting up, and do not release it until starting up and then update the firmware again!
