Problem:
I used Xhorse VVDI BE Key Pro XNBZ01EN and Autel IM508S to make and program key for a few W221 s-classes and x166 gl. They all had original keys and keylessgo function, but the new keys didn’t work with the keylessgo. How to solve it?

The VVDI BE Key Pro (XNBZ01EN) keys work for starting but not for keyless go on W221 and X166.
The key you used is not a keyless go. You need to use the FBS3 keyless go (see the image below).
After receiving the smart box key, follow the procedure by writing the file first before inserting the battery into the smart key.
The light on the key will flash for a few minutes, after which you should change the frequency to 314 MHz.
For smart key/keyless go systems, you must use the FBS3 smart key.
These keys feature an extra-large coil onboard to capture signals from surrounding antennas and are 3 to 4 times more expensive than standard dashboard keys.
