There is something wrong with my VVDI2. I have connected it with computer well, but when I run VVDI2 software, an error message pops up “Can’t find VVDI2, Reconnect VVDI2 and try again!” I reconnect the device, but still failed.

Please update VVDI2 programmer firmware and software again.
