Problem:
Have turned on the Bluetooth on my smart phone to connect the Xhorse Dolphin XP005. The X and Z axis motor test are good, the accumulative error both are zero. The main axis test is also OK. But the accumulative error of Y axis motor test shows 102.05. How to fix this problem?

The possible reason is the Y axis motor wire harness is broken.
The solution:
Replace the Y axis wire harness
The steps:
Step 1: Unscrew the screws on the left and right sides of the handle, then remove the main handle
Step 2: Remove the screw on the top of the machine cover
Step 3: Unscrew 8 screws on the left and right side of the protection coverĀ and 2 screws on the back of the protection cover
Step 4: Take out the cover
Step 5: Unplug the Y Axis connector
Step 6: Cut the cord with a knife to take out the Y Axis wire harness
Step 7: Replace the Y Axis wire harness and restore dolphin xp-005.
