One customer gave feedback that he failed to update the firmware of Xhorse Multi-Prog Programmer. He got two error messages below:
Error 1:
Device Authentication Failed.
Error 2:
The device is in Recovery mode and must undergo a firmware upgrade before use.
The solution:
Press and hold the RST button for 5 seconds before connecting the power adapter to power on, and then release to update the firmware again
NOTE:
Do not release RST button before starting up, and do not release it until starting up and then update the firmware again!
