How to Cut EVVA 4KS Household Key by Xhorse Condor XC-TWINS?

Xhorse Condor XC-TWINS key cutting machine features AI optical recognition, an improved double-cutter design, and comes with multiple clamp options (M3, M4, M5L, M6) for cutting household, automotive, and motorcycle keys.

In this post, we’ll demonstrate how to cut a household EVVA 4KS key using this machine and M5 Clamp.

Procedure:

1.Power on the Machine:

Begin by turning on the Xhorse Condor XC-TWINS.

2.Select Key Type:

On the touchscreen, navigate to:

Household → Key blank → All key blank → 4KS → 4KS (EVVA)

3.Clamp the Key:

Securely place the original key into the Xhorse M5 clamp, ensuring it is properly aligned and fixed in place.

4.Decode the Key:

Click “Decode key” on the Condor XC-TWINS menu to read the bitting information for both sides of the key.

5.Confirm Learning Success:

Once the key has been successfully decoded, proceed to the cutting step.

6.Cut the First Side:

Select the left cutter and initiate the cutting process for the first side of the key.

7.Update Key Data:

After the first side is cut, select the option “All key lost” to update the cutting data. The first line value will change accordingly.

8.Cut the Second Side:

Now use the right cutter to cut the second side of the key.

9.Complete Cutting:

Both sides of the key should now be fully cut.

10.Test the Key:

Finally, remove the key from the clamp and test it in the corresponding lock to ensure it operates smoothly.
