Customer problem:
There was something wrong with my Condor XC MINI Plus II. The screen turned dark when I was using it, and the cutters broke a lot when cutting. When it stopped, then movement on the cutter stopped while it moved it broke the cutter and had to change the cutter.

1. Go to settings>> Cutting setting, set “Spindle Speed” as “High”, and set “Movement Speed” as “Low”.
2. Replace the driver board.
