One customer gave feedback that he wanted to add MLB key using VVDI MLB Tool, but Xhorse XSMA41EN MLB key was out of stock for a long time. He asked if other brand keys could be used.
The solution:
Keydiy brand keys can be as a reliable and available replacement. They also work well with MLB Tool.
Keydiy Remote Options:
- MLB26: Replaces Audi XSMA41EN style
- MLB08: For Audi A8 style
- MLB19: For Porsche style
- MLB65: For VW Touareg style
Important Note:
You cannot use Keydiy KD-MP tool to program VVDI MLB keys.
How to Program with Xhorse VVDI MLB Tool:
Go to the “Special” option in the tool’s menu.
Assign a new random ID number to Keydiy key/remote.
After setting, Xhorse MLB tool will then guide you through the standard pre-programming process (this costs 200 points).
Finally, learn the key to the car as you normally would.
