Customer Problem:
An error occurred when starting VVDI Prog software. After reinstalling the driver, the problem seems to have been solved. When updating, it prompts that it cannot connect to the server. When using the Xhorse Upgrade Kit software and starting the application, it cannot detect the VVDI program. Even if I have changed the network and reinstalled the driver, it still doesn’t work.
