Customer problem:
When I used VVDI Prog, only the red indicator flashed, and the yellow indicator didn’t flash. I also got the error prompt “Device Error, please check USB Driver”.

First, update the VVDI Prog software

Then change the USB cable and use another USB plug.
If the yellow indicator still does not flash, and get the same error message, that means your VVDI Prog Programmer is damaged, please send it to the factory to refresh the unit.
