If you use VVDI Key Tool Max or Key Tool Max Pro and it appears errors such as “Request failed…” “Failed to verify…”, the possible cause is that the network is poor. Follow the steps to detect the network on the device by yourself.
Steps:
1.Turn on Key Tool Max (Pro)
2.Click Support centre>> Network detection
It will detect the mobile network, domain name resolution, server network, resource server, server interface…
Then you can see the detection result like the image below.
If the network is not good, change another network, or use hotspot on your smartphone to try again.
