I have one VVDI MB, i can use it normally before, but recently when I use it, there is something wrong with it so that it fails to work. I change another computer to use, disable the antivirus software and download the software again, but it also cannot use and appears the error is shown as below.

So I ask the technician from xhorsetool.com to help me. The engineer replies me that the netclient.dll file has been lost. He suggests me to solve the problem by the following two methods.

Method 1: I need to open Windows defender. After download the vvdi mb software again, find the netclient.dll file has been deleted from Windows defender and add it to whitelist.

Method 2: Reinstall the windows system.

I follow the suggetion to try. Thank god!!! The problem has been solved!
