New Honda CBR650F motorcycles use a Motorola MCU (No. MPC5602) and won’t have a regular 8 pin eepom, it cannot be read IC or MCU with TMPRO2 directly, but it can be read by connecting to the MCU Reflash Cable V2 with Xhorse VVDI Prog. Let’s check how to operate.

There will be a connection diagram in the VVDI Prog software.

Connect MCU Reflash cable and Honda MCU box according to the various positions.

Select type: 2-MCU, Brand: MOTOROLA-MPC560XXXX, Chip: MPC5602S

In this case, only need to read the DFLASH data. So select DFLASH, and click “Read”.

After reading it, you will see that there is uncomplicated information about this. Click “Save” to save the file name end with 653 in the CB650 folder.

Enough after getting the file that can be read by VVDI Prog programmer.

After that, use TMPro device to write the data.

Open the TM Pro2 file, it requires Honda’s 96 module to write.

Open the DFLASH data file just read and saved with VVDI Prog.

The device came up ready. Then write the chip. There are two types that can be selected for writing: CN3 (writeable chip) and PCF7936 (empty chip). If creating 7936, it needs to save the file and live on top again. It’s easier to choose CN3. So select CN3, and put the CN3 chip on the TMPRO2, then click “OK” to program it.

Alright! The transponder was programmed successfully.

This CN3 chip can be used to start the Honda CBR650F motorcycle.

It’s very simple to use Xhorse VVDI Prog Programmer and TMPro 2 to program the Honda CBR650F motorcycle all keys lost.
