A customer reported an issue where no extra points were awarded after generating a remote using VVDI Key Tool Plus.
Xhorsetool.com engineer replied:
1.Ensure the VVDI remote is new with point
Points are only awarded the first time a new, genuine Xhorse universal remote (wired, wireless, super remote, or smart key) is generated. Dedicated remotes, such as the XM38 Toyota T smart key, do not yield points.
2.Check “More” button for collection
Sometimes, after generation, you need to explicitly go to the homepage and tap the red “More” button to initiate the collection of bonus points.
3.Check Point Record
Navigate to: Special function-> VVDI Remote functions-> Query remote usage record
Confirm Key Type Points:
- Wire remote=25 points
- Wireless/Super remote= 40 points
- Smart key=60 points
- Specific keys like VVDI Benz BE key=200 points, which can be checked in the “Points System” in the VVDI MB software before use.
