Question: Can this fob be renewed or unlocked for reuse?

Audi TP25, ID48

I have genuine vvdi key tool off xhorsetool.com

Answer (by Jerry King): Yes and no, break out the integrated transponder on the PCB and glue in a new chip. The remotes don’t lock and will still function with the original transponder removed
