Step 1: Power On & Setup
Turn on the main power switch.
Press the white button to activate the lighting.
Step 2: Key Alignment
Example 1: Head Positioning Method (Hyundai Elantra #50 Key)
Rotate both side clamps to Side D.
Secure the original key in the left clamp.
Insert the key positioning plate into the slot and gently push the key until it contacts the plate.
Tighten the clamp, then repeat for the right main clamp to set the key length. Remove the positioning plate.
Cutting Process:
Short-press the red button to enter Standard Mode
Firmly lift the main handle and align the key length with the rotating cutter.
Slowly advance both the main and auxiliary handles for horizontal/vertical feed.
After cutting, flip the key and repeat for the opposite side.
Step 3: Polishing
Long-press the red button to enter Continuous Run Mode
Use the high-speed grinding wheel to polish the cut key, smoothing the edges to prevent scratches and improve lock operation.
Example 2: Shoulder Positioning (#15 & E38 Key)
Rotate both clamps to Side A.
Secure the original key in the auxiliary clamp using the shoulder positioning plate.
Fix the key blank in the main clamp, align with the plate, then remove the plate.
Short-press the red button for Standard Mode and cut as before. Flip and repeat for the other side.
Long-press the red button to enter Continuous Run Mode
Use the high-speed grinding wheel to smooth edges, ensuring scratch-free operation.
