Problem:
Use VVDI Mini Key Tool to clone ID48 on smartphone, but it appears error “5000_Please use the Xhorse App to bind the device to the current login account before calculating”.
Solution:
It needs to combine your device with the account before ID48 calculation.
Follow the steps to do:
- Connect Mini Key Tool and your smartphone via Bluetooth
- Tap Device& History at the right bottom corner to enter the related interface
- It will show device info., click “Combine device”
- And it will appear the user account and device SN
Enter a code by clicking send to get with your smartphone, and tap “Combine device” at the bottom of the interface
Then the problem will be solved!
