Problem:
When attempting to read a VAG SID10.4 ECU using the Xhorse Multi Prog, the operation fails and displays the error:
“Server Calculation Error FFFF000C”
The Solution:
- Check Your Network Connection
- Ensure you have a stable and active internet connection.
- A poor connection can prevent communication with the Xhorse server.
- Check Server Status
- The error might occur if the Xhorse server is under maintenance.
- If the server is functioning normally, proceed to the next step.
- Run Test Function – Input Command 18
- Open the Test Function section in the Multi Prog software.
- Enter command 18 and click Read to obtain test results.
- Send Test Results for Diagnosis
- Forward the test result to Xhorsetool.com customer service or a Xhorse engineer.
- The technical team will analyze the issue and resolve any software or server-side bugs.
- Retry Reading the ECU
- Once the issue is fixed, try reading the ECU again.
