Xhorse Dolphin XP005+ Key Tool Max Cut Key to Honda Acura HON66 (AKL)

Today I will show how I do all keys lost on my Honda Acura Hon66 when I get the key code from the cylinder. The tool I use is Xhorse Dolphin XP005 and Key Tool Max.

I have connected key tool max and dolphin xp005. I also have the new Honda blade that I’m gonna be cutting.

Now let’s start it.

Tap ‘All Key Lost’ on DOLPHIN main menu on VVDI Key Tool Max

Select Acura, and it shows the parts of the key code series sample

Just enter the code with the last four numbers of the lock cylinder

Then hit ‘QUERY’

Select ‘HON66 (6-6 Bitting 895*2500, clamp: M2-A Clamp, remark: 1.05mm mostly vehicle)’

Put the blade key on the M2 clamp properly according to the on-screen instruction

Hit ‘OK’ to get the key cutting number

Those are the key binding numbers on the top and on the bottom.

Then hit ‘Cutting key’

Confirm the M2-A clamp tip align 2 position and the cutting depth

Hit ‘Continue’

Click on ‘Preview’ and it shows you a pre-cut of the actual key blade

Now I’m going to click ‘Cut’ and it’s starting the process.

It’s checking the height and everything of the blade and it’s gonna start the cutting.

It’s transferring over the cutting to the key.

It’s going to cut it exactly to the car, the ignition so as soon as they put the key in the ignition.

It automatically turns the ignition because it’s the correct key cutting.

Now it’s 100% done.

Just use a brush to clean it.

I would take the blade out flip it over and to cut the other side in the same way.

Ok. That is what the key blade looks like for all those keys for that key binding number.

Put in the ignition and it starts.

That’s so simple to use Dolphin XP005 automatic key cutting machine plus VVDI Key Tool Max as a screen to cut keys for Honda Acura all keys lost with key code.
