Tutorial: How to use Xhorse Dolphin XP008 to cut Bit keys.
Before cutting, it’s required to calibrate Dolphin XP008 first (install calibration plate+ lateral/ vertical/ height adjustment of Micro-adjust base)
Preparation:
Xhorse Dolphin XP-008 Mini mechanical key cutting machine
One original key
One blank key
Operation time:
Within 2 mins
Keep the clamps on side A and loosen the clamps
Insert the key blank and tighten it up in position
Load the original key
Make sure the original key and blank key are aligned nicely in this process
Turn on the power of XP008 to start key cutting
Push a bit harder while cutting to make sure the key is completely cut
One side of key has been cut
Turn off the power
Flip the key and cut another side
Turn on the power and keep cutting
Wait a moment till the cutting is done
Take out the key has been cut
It’s perfectly cut by Dolphin XP-008, looks the same as original one.
Done!
