We’re pleased to share a successful case of Xhorse MLB Tool:

🔑 Key Lessons Learned:
1.Terminology Clarification:
- “OEM Key” in VVDI Key Tool Plus refers to Xhorse keys (not original manufacturer keys).
- “Original Key” = Customer’s existing key.
2.Battery Requirement:
Hold a battery in both the Xhorse key and the original key during reading/generation.
3.Critical Pre-Step:
Update the key profile before generating the dealer key. Match the frequency and key image to avoid errors.
4.Hardware Notes:
Removed capacitors without replacement – no impact on functionality.
Always bring replacement key shells – OEM cases often break during disassembly. A new shell improves customer satisfaction.
5.Pro Tip:
Practice first! Test on used remotes to master opening/reading before handling customer keys.
