Here comes a tutorial on using Xhorse Dolphin XP005 key cutting machine to cut keys without having to switch key blanks.
Have a Nissan door lock and got 8 cuts from the door, we don’t know the first two cuts.
Connect Dolphin XP005 and xhorse APP on the smartphone via Bluetooth
Select “Cut by Bitting” on the main menu
Search DA34 quickly, choose the 10 bitting option
Input the 8 cuts with the depth keyboard
Tap Find bitting>> Nissan
Query the result quickly, there are 4 possibilities.
Select the first one to try
Click “Cut key”
After cutting, use a brush to clean the scrap iron, and take out the key
Insert the key into the car lock to test, it can’t work now.
So put the same key back in the Dolphin XP-005 machine
Select the second option of key 1
It’s faster to cut by selecting “Cut by single bitting”.
And then click “select this bitting” to select the first and second cut
Start to cut…
After cutting, test if the key can work or not.
