Customer problem:
I’m having problem finding where to download and update my Dolphin XP005.
Every site I find says it can’t be downloaded and the drivers have issue.
Can anyone help?
Here are suggestions:
1.The driver installs with the software automatically but ONLY if you got the FULL software package. In order to make sure you got the FULL software package, you must disable any virus protection you have including windows defender. This must be disabled before you download & during your install. — The only reason is because this is a multi-language pack installer and Microsoft sees any unknown language to have the potential for viruses.
2.Change another PC to download and install again
3.Install USB driver in Xhorse upgrade kit file folder.
