One customer gave feedback that the “Read” and “Write” buttons in the Multi Prog software were grey, and he couldn’t click on them. He tried on a different PC, but also appeared the same problem.

The latest software update added a new “Connect” button in the menu.
You need to click on the new “Connect” button to connect to the ECU first, then you can use the “Read” and “Write” buttons normally.
