Customer problem:
I used Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus and XNDP11 CAS3 Solder Free Adapter to read CAS3+ (OM23S) flash data, and it appeared “Chip Crack Failed”. How to solve it?

Always clean the board using Servisol PCB cleaner.
Let it sit for 10 minutes, then scrub with a semi-firm brush.
Repeat the spray and brushing process as needed.
