Xhorsetool.com engineer used Xhorse MVCI Pro J2534 Cable to work with M.U.T-3_SE software for 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander diagnosis. Worked like a charm! No issue!
1.Download MVCI Pro J2534 driver software

2.Download M.U.T-3_SE software

3.Connect MVCI PRO Cable to the vehicle and computer
4.Open MVCI Pro software, check if the M.U.T-3_SE software is installed, if no, install inside first.
5.Then open M.U.T-III_SE software to operate
Select STV, and confirm if the V.C.I is used
It will show the system list, vehicle info (incl. Chassis No/VIN), etc.
Click the clear icon to delete all info, read chassis No/VIN and reprogram ECU again
The vehicle info is the same as before.
Click “Self diagnosis”, there are 10 DTC’s found, it also can active DTC.
Click “Dada List”, and you can see the related info.
