This post will show you how to set up Xhorse Dolphin XP005L key cutting machine.
Dolphin XP005L is equipped with an advanced M5 clamp featuring dual sides A and B. This innovative design allows users to rotate the clamp by simply loosening the adjustment knob.
Support following key types:
- Double sided key
- Single sided key
- 4 track external
- 2 track external
- 4 track internal
- Channel track
Calibrate Dolphin XP005L:
Navigate to Parameter-> Height Level Adjustment
During height leveling, the cutter tip must sit slightly higher than the probe tip.
Select 2.5mm cutter diameter
Calibrate the probe height
Then run the calibration test cut.
We need a blank key
With clamp on Side A
Align the top of the key to line three.
Brush away debris during cutting. Then proceed with the cutting calibration.
After completing these steps, your Dolphin II XP-005L machine is now fully set up.
